Inductance inductance calculator

What is the inductance?

When a current is passed through the coil, an inductive electromagnetic field is formed in the coil, which in turn generates an induced current in the coil to resist current flow through the coil. Therefore, we call this interaction between the current and the coil an electrical inductive reactance, which is the inductance in the circuit.

Inductive reactance calculation formula:

XL= 2πfL=ωL
Where XL is the inductive reactance, the inductance is represented by L(H), and the frequency is represented by f(Hz)

frequency f: Hz Inductance L: mH
AC Sensitive XL: Ohm
