Renesas Electronics RAA210870 DC/DC Power Modules with PMBus Interface
Renesas Electronics RAA210870 DC/DC Power Modules with PMBus Interface integrate a digital PWM controller, power inductor, synchronous MOSFETs, and passive components. These power modules are designed to deliver up to 70A of continuous output current without requiring additional heat sink or airflow. The RAA210870 power modules offer an upgrade path to full PMBus configuration through the pin-compatible ISL8273M. Under abnormal conditions, the RAA210870 power modules operate safely due to the fully customizable current, voltage, and temperature scheme.
