Ricoh Electronics R1561 Voltage Regulators are CMOS-based and low power consumption voltage regulators designed for automotive applications. These R1561 voltage regulators feature 5.5V to 60V input voltage range, ±0.8% output voltage accuracy, short current limit circuit, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. The R1561 voltage regulators are available in HSOP-6J and TO-252-5-P2 packages which save space and have excellent heat dissipation properties. Typical applications include Electric Vehicle (EV) inverters, charge control units, 48V battery systems, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
