Taiyo Yuden new RS Lithium Ion Supercapacitors feature half the internal resistance of the previous generation RS caps. These redesigned RS capacitors are halogen free and offer an extended temperature range of -30 to +85ºC. These lithium ion capacitors have a maximum rated voltage of 3.8V and a minimum operating voltage of 2.2V with 100K cycle times. Taiyo Yuden's supercapacitors achieve a high reliability at a high temperature.
